            Manager...Destructive thunderstorm winds in
            Marion caused two grain bins to lay over,
            some roofs to detach, and large evergreens
            to be uprooted. The town is without power,
            and some basements have taken on water.

            Runoff from heavy rain has flooded a portion
            of Interstate 94 approximately 2 miles west
            of Cleveland. The road is closed.

            showing flooding in the Jamestown area.
            Streets were flooded and cars in parking
            lots hat water up to the bottom of their
            doors. In addition, fields around Jamestown
            were also flooded.
