* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with
  gusts up to 45 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as
  35 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Burleigh, Grant, Morton, and Sioux Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT /5 PM MDT/ this
  evening. For the Frost Advisory, from midnight CDT /11 PM MDT/
  tonight to 8 AM CDT /7 AM MDT/ Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.
  Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation.
