BIBB AND SOUTH CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 600 AM CDT...

At 518 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Eoline, or 10 miles northwest of Brent, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Birmingham, southeastern Tuscaloosa, Hoover, Alabaster,
Bessemer, Pelham, Helena, Calera, Montevallo, Brent, Centreville,
Jemison, Holt, Lipscomb, Lake View, Brookwood, Coaling, Vance,
Woodstock, and West Blocton.
