...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ELMORE...
SOUTHEASTERN CHILTON AND SOUTHWESTERN COOSA COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM
CDT...

At 603 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Clanton, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Clanton, Rockford, Thorsby, Speed, Lyle, Pentonville, Mitchell Lake,
Dollar, Gap Of The Mountain, Titus, Weoka Mills, Jordan Lake, Welona,
Higgins Ferry Park, Verbena, Lomax, I 65 Rest Area, Mitchell Dam, and
Cooper.
