.DISCUSSION...Humidity levels are a bit higher today as a new
airmass is in place behind a cold front that moved through last
evening.  There will be slight chance of late day showers and
thunderstorms.  There will be a few hours of very good to
excellent smoke dispersal this afternoon.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (10-20 percent) until 1200, then
                    partly cloudy (35-45 percent) until 1500, then
                    mostly cloudy (55-65 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers and thunderstorms after 1500.
CWR.................5 percent.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1500, then 2.
Max temperature.....Around 60.
Min humidity........20-25 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West to southwest winds 7 to 16 with gusts to 25 mph.
                    Erratic winds expected near thunderstorms
                    after 1500.
Mixing height.......Below 1000 FT AGL until 0700. 9000 ft AGL after
                    1200.
Transport winds.....West 15 to 22 mph until 1200, then 22 to 27
                    mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor until 0900, then fair until 1000, then
                    good until 1100, then very good until 1200,
                    then excellent.
