.DISCUSSION...

Areas of fog, locally dense along with patchy drizzle, developing
overnight. Light NE winds with RH values increasing to near 100
percent. Stratus and fog burns off between 9 and 11 am Tuesday
followed by increasing sunshine. High confidence in SW winds
increasing to 15 to 20 mph with a few higher gusts. RH values
dropping to 65 to 70 percent in the afternoon.
