.DISCUSSION...

High pressure builds off the Mid Atlantic coast today, while low
pressure slides into northern New England. This will yield light
west to southwest winds this morning for the upper Cape, then becoming
southwest this afternoon and increasing to 10-15 mph, with gusts
up to 20 mph possible at times.

Minimum relative humidities of 60 to 70 percent are expected this
afternoon across the upper Cape today. On Wednesday, minimum
relative humidities range from 55 to 65 percent, along with
southwest winds 15 to 20 mph.

.OUTLOOK...Thursday through Monday...

A cold front brings scattered showers and thunderstorms on
Thursday. A few could be strong to severe. Drier, but still mild
on Friday. Unsettled weather returns for the weekend into early
next week. Though no washouts are anticipated over the weekend.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy then becoming mostly sunny. Areas
                    of dense fog early, then areas of fog late in
                    the morning.
