...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Cape Cod Bay...
  Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank
  National Marine Sanctuary...
  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...

At 800 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Duxbury, or near Marshfield, moving east at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Duxbury Pier Light, Race Point, Green Harbor, Gurnet Point, Manomet
Point, and Plymouth Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.
