.SYNOPSIS...Lower pressure moving across the Southern Plains this
weekend will continue to drive a moderate to fresh southerly
onshore flow and moderate sea. The enhance pressure gradient
weakens slightly Monday through midweek as a weak front moves
over the northern Gulf waters.
