.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient will exist along the
Lower Texas Coast during the forecast period, producing breezy
winds and moderate seas. Small Craft Advisories and Small Craft
Should Exercise Caution headlines will be needed at times in
response to the stronger winds and elevated seas.
