NORTHEASTERN HIDALGO...NORTHEASTERN STARR...SOUTHEASTERN BROOKS AND NORTHWESTERN WILLACY COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT... At 1000 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Puerto Rico, or 7 miles northwest of San Manuel, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Linn, Encino, San Manuel, Rachal, El Coyote Ranch Airport, and Puerto Rico.
