...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL FRANKLIN AND ST.
LAWRENCE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM EDT...

At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
De Kalb, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Potsdam, Gouverneur, Canton, Ogdensburg, Norfolk, Lisbon, Louisville,
De Kalb, Fowler, Parishville, Colton, Morley, Degrasse, Waddington,
Richville, Hammond, Madrid, Lawrenceville, Rensselaer Falls, and
Norwood.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
