...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS AND
NORTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 415 AM EDT...

At 309 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Highgate Falls, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Enosburg Falls, Franklin, Swanton, Swanton Village, Berkshire,
Highgate Falls, Richford, Highgate, Enosburg Falls Village, Sheldon,
Lake Carmi State Park, Jay, St. Albans City, St. Albans Town,
Enosburg, Fairfield, Swanton Junction, Sheldon Junction, East
Richford, and Highgate Center.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 116 and 130.
