* At 354 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Morley,
  moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Potsdam, Massena, Canton, Ogdensburg, Norfolk, Lisbon, Louisville,
  Moira, De Kalb, Parishville, Colton, Morley, Degrasse, Massena
