...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ALLEGANY COUNTY
THROUGH 130 AM EDT...

At 103 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rushford, or 19 miles northeast of Olean, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Belfast, Rushford, Houghton, Caneadea, Angelica, Short Tract,
Rossburg, Black Creek, and Fillmore.

This includes Interstate 86 near exit 31.
