SOUTHWESTERN LEWIS...CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 539 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mexico Point State Park to near Lysander.
Movement was northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fulton, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Lysander, Pulaski, Central
Square, Redfield, Cato, Selkirk Shores State Park, Mexico Point State
Park, Battle Island State Park, Brewerton, Whetstone Gulf State Park,
Hastings, Volney, Richland, Constantia, West Monroe, Palermo, New
Haven, and Phoenix.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 37.
