...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

Aside from a few rain and snow showers this evening...the threat of
heavy snow has ended for today. Please keep tabs on the weather for
the Big Horns the rest of the week as another round of heavy snow is
possible Wednesday night and Thursday.

...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING
THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
  16 inches possible, with highest amounts on north and northeast
  facing slopes. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country could be impacted by
  heavy accumulating snow. Areas of blowing snow could significantly
  reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Clearing activities over the Beartooth
  Highway could be impacted.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation. If you
