Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...

At 319 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located
over Bulls Bay, moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
