...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...
Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 nm to 40 nm...

At 414 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 6 nm southwest of Cape Romain Reef to 6
nm northwest of Capers Mid Shelf, moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
