* At 438 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 19 nm northwest of Altamaha Sound to 36 nm west of
  St. Simons Island, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
