.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to occasionally strong onshore flow is expected through
Saturday, with seas remaining around 4-6 feet. In response to a
series of upper level disturbances expected to move across the
United States, predominately moderate onshore flow is expected
Sunday, with weak to moderate onshore flow Monday through
Wednesday.
