.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A strong outflow boundary producing northeasterly winds over 34
knots will continue through this morning, then be replaced with
moderate to strong onshore flow through this afternoon. A Small
Craft Advisory will likely need to be extended through this
afternoon for frequent wind gusts over 20 knots. Southeasterly
winds decrease to moderate at around 15 knots tonight through
early next week, with occasional winds to strong levels over the
southern bays and nearshore waters. There is a low to medium
chance for showers and thunderstorms tonight through Saturday
night.
