Coastal waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel out 20
NM...
Copano, Aransas, and Redfish Bays...
San Antonio, Mesquite, and Espiritu Santo Bays...
Waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel from 20 to 60
NM...

At 736 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 10 nm north of Turtle Bay to 11 nm north of Port
Lavaca to 24 nm north of Seadrift to 46 nm northwest of Port Oconnor,
moving southeast at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Victoria Regional Airport ASOS.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
         waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
         all on board are wearing life jackets.

Locations impacted include...
Seadrift, Rockport, and Port Oconnor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
