VICTORIA...GOLIAD AND NORTHEASTERN REFUGIO COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM
CDT...

At 1120 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Cuero to 7 miles east of Ganado
to Jones Creek. Movement was south at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Victoria, Port Lavaca, Goliad, Seadrift, McFaddin, Port Oconnor,
Guadalupe, Fannin, Point Comfort, Quintana, Victoria Colony Creek
Country Club, Weesatche, Weser, Nursery, Long Mott, Victoria
Riverside Park, Victoria College, Victoria Mall, Saxet Lakes, and
Green Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 US Highway 183 between mile markers 628 and 662.
 US Highway 59 between mile markers 624 and 676.
 US Highway 77 between mile markers 560 and 616.
 US Highway 87 between mile markers 798 and 840.
