The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  North central Calhoun County in south Texas...
  East central Victoria County in south central Texas...

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 915 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast
  of Placedo, or 10 miles northwest of Port Lavaca, moving northeast
  at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  north central Calhoun and east central Victoria Counties.

This includes US Highway 87 between mile markers 830 and 832.
