A cold front approaching from the Great Lakes will bring showers
and thunderstorms to the region this evening, with a lingering
shower possible late into the night. Lows will range from the
upper 50s over the northwest corner of Pennsylvania, to the upper
60s in Philadelphia.

The cold front will stall out over Southern Pennsylvania, bringing
the chance of a passing thunderstorm to that part of the state.
Skies will range from partly sunny in the north, to cloudy in the
south. Highs Thursday will range from the upper 70s to low 80s
over most of the state.

A weak area of high pressure will build across Northern
Pennsylvania Friday, bringing fair and warm weather to most of the
region, with just a slight chance of an afternoon shower or
thunderstorm across the southern tier of the state.
