.DISCUSSION...

Current High Wind warnings remain on track as wind gusts across
across the Arlington wind prone areas and along the I-80 summit
have seen gusts in the mid to upper 50 mph range. Breezy
conditions will continue across SE Wyoming through the afternoon
hours before diminishing by the evening. With recent rainfall
minimum humidity values are expected to remain above 20 percent.
