Search site and General Ely Forecast -

Clouds will gradually diminish this morning to partly sunny skies.
Winds will start out southwest 8 to 14 mph with gusts to 20 mph
early and remain west to southwest through the day increasing in speed
some to 10 to 15 mph with gusts near 30 mph. Temperatures will
rise from the lower forties into the lower sixties this afternoon.
There is a 20 percent chance for an afternoon shower or
thunderstorm, mainly around the Ely area. There may also be some
light rain or drizzle early this morning.

There will be a 30 percent chance for a shower or thunderstorm
tonight with lows in the lower forties. Winds will diminish and
become light and variable overnight.

Rain amounts both this afternoon and tonight will be highly
dependent on if a shower/storm affects the site directly but
should be less than an a tenth of an inch.

Ely Visibility and Ceilings -

MVFR ceilings will lift and become scattered by late morning with
VFR conditions for most of the late morning into tonight. A cumulus
field will develop by late morning/early afternoon and bases should
start out around 3000ft and rise to 5000ft. Enough cumulus may form
for a 1 or 2 hour period of broken ceilings. Gusty west to southwest
winds will occur with gusts of 23 to 29 mph.
