This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Shower and thunderstorm chances will affect the area today. A few
strong storms could be possible in Northwest Wisconsin this
afternoon and evening with the primary hazard strong wind gusts.

Elevated river and creek levels will continue.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Small thunderstorm chances continue across the area Saturday and
again Sunday evening. Severe storms are not anticipated.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Northeast winds will increase this morning with gusts of 20 to 35
knots, highest along the North Shore, where a gale warning is in
effect. The winds will back to westerly tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

West to southwest winds gusting to 20 to 30 knots Saturday
morning will slowly decrease during the day on Saturday, allowing
conditions to improve on the lake by the evening.
