35 mph, over the last two hours and are expected to remain below 40

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING IN
THE ARROWHEAD OF NORTHEAST MINNESOTA...

* WHAT...East winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph in the
  Arrowhead of northeast Minnesota.

* WHERE...Central and North St. Louis, Cook and Lake Counties. This
  includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation and the
  Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion and, Nett Lake areas. Recreation
  spots such as Voyageurs National Park. The entire Boundary Waters
  is also included.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

  Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
