* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black
  Hawk-Grundy County line...to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects portions of Ranchero Rd west
  of US 63.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early tomorrow
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
