  East Nishnabotna River near Atlantic affecting Cass County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For the latest river and stream observations and forecasts refer to
weather.gov/desmoines/water.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation over the next 24 hours.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The East Nishnabotna River near Atlantic, or from
  Troublesome Creek near Atlantic...to Indian Creek near Lewis.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land.
  At 20.5 feet, Water affects US 6.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 20.1 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
