In north central Iowa, Butler and Franklin. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk and Bremer. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 PM CDT, Emergency management reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. Between 5 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall from showers and thunderstorms this afternoon may lead to renewed or additional flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
