Some of these storms could be severe and there is a marginal or level 1 out of 5 risk of severe thunderstorms across the entire area. The primary risks are damaging winds and lightning with a secondary risk of hail. Portions of the Wapsipinicon, Cedar, Skunk, Iowa , and Mississippi Rivers are experiencing flooding.
