...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Carroll, Jo
Daviess, Stephenson and east central Jackson Counties through 515 PM
CDT...

At 420 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Scales Mound to near Green Island.
Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Freeport, Lena, Stockton, Warren, Hanover, Pearl City, Elizabeth,
Shannon, Cedarville, Davis, Woodbine, Dakota, German Valley, Scales
Mound, Apple River, Winslow, Rock City, Ridott, Council Hill, and
Nora.
