...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Jo
Daviess, northwestern Jackson, southern Dubuque and northeastern
Jones Counties through 830 AM CDT...

At 741 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Epworth, or 12 miles southwest of Dubuque, moving north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Dubuque, Galena, Asbury, Epworth, East Dubuque, Peosta, Menominee,
Council Hill, Centralia, Sageville, Bernard, Graf, Dubuque Regional
Airport, Fillmore, Rockdale, Lattnerville, Dubuque County
Fairgrounds, Center Grove, Swiss Valley Park, and Lock And Dam 11.
