County through 830 AM CDT...

At 749 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Centralia, or 7 miles west of Dubuque, moving north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Dubuque, Asbury, Epworth, Peosta, Holy Cross, Rickardsville,
Sherrill, Centralia, Balltown, Bankston, Durango, Graf, Bankston
