...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN SCOTT AND SOUTHWESTERN CLINTON COUNTIES...
At 512 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Calamus, or 15
miles southwest of Maquoketa, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Wheatland, Grand Mound, Lost Nation, Calamus, Welton, Toronto, Dixon,
Lyons, Sherman Park, Walnut Grove Park, and Big Rock.
