.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A resurgence of near gale
to gale force wind gusts will develop in the southern waters and
downwind of Cape Mendocino this afternoon. Elevated winds and seas
expected to continue in the outer waters through early Friday, with
the highest waves remaining in the southern waters. The sea state is
forecast to diminish early this weekend.
