.DISCUSSION...Warm inland temperatures are expected today due to a
high pressure system over Northwest California. Winds out of the
northwest will be strongest along ridgetops today. Thursday shows
even more increase in temperatures with associated relative
humidity values reaching down into the middle teens, as well as
breezy winds out of the north-northeast, especially in the
morning hours of Thursday. This mid- week warming trend is
forecasted to continue into the weekend, peaking on Friday.
