.DISCUSSION...Near normal to slightly below normal temperatures
are expected over this week as a series of shortwave troughs move
over Northwest California. Northwesterly winds will continue
through this period, gusts are expected to peak Wednesday
afternoon to potentially 25 to 30 mph. Minimum RH values for this
region will be in the mid to upper 50s through Tuesday followed
by an increase in RH mid to late week as a deeper trough moves
into the Pacific Northwest and moist onshore flow resumes.
