* WHAT...Southeast wind gusts up to 60 mph on the back edge of an
  exiting rain system.

* WHERE...Bastrop and Lee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees
and branches. Remain in the lower levels of your home during the
windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree
limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
