...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Williamson, northern
Travis, north central Bastrop, northwestern Lee and eastern Burnet
Counties through 415 PM CDT...

At 329 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Jarrell to near Windemere.
Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Taylor,
Elgin, Granger, Bertram, Serenada, Anderson Mill, Windemere, Leander,
Hutto, Lakeway, Manor, Lago Vista, Hudson Bend, Bartlett, and The
Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for
south central Texas.
