...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Dimmit
County through 515 AM CDT...

At 423 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Chupadera Ranch Airport, or 26 miles southeast of El Indio, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Chaparral Wildlife Management Area, Gilson Groves, Catarina, and
Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
