...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM CDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL KERR...SOUTHWESTERN GILLESPIE AND NORTHWESTERN
KENDALL COUNTIES...

At 953 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Cypress Creek,
or 9 miles north of Comfort, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Cypress Creek, Tivydale, Old
Tunnel State Park, Grapetown, Bankersmith, and Center Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
