...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Toombs and
southeastern Montgomery Counties through 315 PM EDT...

At 238 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Rock Springs, or 10
miles southwest of Lyons, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Uvalda, Alston, South Thompson, English Eddy, Center, Toombs Central,
New Branch, Grays Landing, Rock Springs, Cedar Crossing, Johnson
Corner, and Charlotteville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
