...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern Warren,
east central Greene, Taliaferro and southern Wilkes Counties through
645 PM EDT...

At 611 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Raytown, or 8 miles
east of Crawfordville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds up to 40 mph, up to penny sized hail and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
         street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.

Locations impacted include...
Crawfordville, Norwood, Sharon, Ficklin, Cadley, Lundberg, Robinson,
Holliday Park, Aonia, Barnett, Rocky Creek Fire Dept., Lyneville,
Raytown, Alexander Stephens Park, and Sandy Cross.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. Motorists should
slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to
hydroplaning.
