* WHERE...In Minnesota, Clay and Wilkin Counties. In North Dakota,
  Cass and Richland Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

  will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Barnes County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM CDT this evening. For
  the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
  plants may be killed if left uncovered.
