A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
 expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

For the Wild Rice River (ND) at Abercrombie
* At 09 AM Monday May 27 the stage was 19.34 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...20.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Pembina
* At 08 AM Monday May 27 the stage was 23.78 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...39.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Drayton
* At 08 AM Monday May 27 the stage was 19.1 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...32.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Halstad
* At 08 AM Monday May 27 the stage was 21.38 feet.
