This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska,
central South Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central
South Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible near and west of the
James River late afternoon into early evening. An isolated storms
or two could produce wind gusts to 65 mph and quarter sized hail.
Later tonight a few stronger storms will be possible near the
Missouri River in northeast Nebraska into northwest Iowa where
wind gusts to 60 mph sand hail to the size of quarters is
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Periodic showers and thunderstorms are expected Sunday and Memorial
Day. While severe weather is currently not anticipated, lightning
is still possible. When thunder roars, go indoors!

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
